We were greeted into the shop asked what type of bed we were looking for. I cant remember your staffs name but she listened to our requirements and guided us to 3 mattresses that met our requirements. She left us to try them and to make our decision.
I chose a foam mattress we were able to take away with us. But we were offered a delivery if we required.
The mattress is perfect and meets our needs and is very comfortable.
I had been to a nearby Swedish store to check out their mattress. But we left the store as their process was tiresome.
From start to finish the experience at dreams was excellent. Would recommend Dreams.

Delivered on time assembled in bedroom and left clean and tidy

The delivery team were friendly and helpful
It took less than an hour to assemble the bed
The mattress is very good and comfortable too

The sales assistant was fantastic, I told him what I needed the bed for, he got me the best deal he could. The men that delivered and built the bed was also great and very empathetic.

Recently bought the classic divan and a new mattress from the Ashton-under-Lyne branch. All staff were really helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice about different products and their measurements. You could see they worked as a brilliant team, led by the manager. Delivery was quick and easy, the delivery drivers were prompt and polite. Overall really pleased with the bed and mattress, price was reasonable and the whole process was stress free. Would definitely buy from dreams again.

Brilliant store, couldn't be more helpful. Sales rep knowledgeable only been there that week, demonstrated the different styles we was interested in. Delivery and assembly on time and job well done.

Misses wanted a change so off she went internet searching and found just what she wanted and as we bought from dreams previous went in store to see it in the flesh was still very happy so bought it good delivery time and the delivery men were very polite and helpful would recomend

Couldn't of been any easier purchasing my mattress. Unfortunately we arrived 20 minutes before they closed but we still got the whole experience and it couldn't of been any smoother. Happy customer
