From setting foot in the store being greeted by a member of staff, we were made to feel valued and important. The staff member went through all the options open to us and gave us excellent recommendations. We purchased a new mattress, it was, I must say, slightly cheaper online, but purchased with them solely on quality of service

Staff were polite and knowledgable on the products ,I had to have a split delivery but that was Because the bed frames were on back order from the manufacturer .

Salesman, Joe, was very helpful and extremely helpful. he assisted my selection of a bed, which turned out to be on special offer. We selected a very comfortable mattress to match it. Bed was delivered and assembled quickly by polite and friendly staff. Looking forward to many comfortable sleeps !!

Customer Service was excellent from store to home delivery 1st we have used Dreams and will definitely be going back again in the future.

We were greeted into the shop asked what type of bed we were looking for. I cant remember your staffs name but she listened to our requirements and guided us to 3 mattresses that met our requirements. She left us to try them and to make our decision.
I chose a foam mattress we were able to take away with us. But we were offered a delivery if we required.
The mattress is perfect and meets our needs and is very comfortable.
I had been to a nearby Swedish store to check out their mattress. But we left the store as their process was tiresome.
From start to finish the experience at dreams was excellent. Would recommend Dreams.
