Amazing staff
Amazing, Knowledgeable and genuine staff. We were supported throughout our purchase from initial thoughts to final purchase by a wonderful member of staff. Not pushy at all just supportive and gave us as much time as we needed when we needed it, helped us rather than try to upsell us. We left reassured we made the correct choice.

Excellent service at the audenshaw branch. Quick delivery. Very helpful and friendly delivery men. Mattress very comfortable and the pillows are perfect for my stiff neck.

New mattress
We purchased the Brookfield D Mattress from the Dreams store in Ashton under lyne, we were served by Lacey who was very good and dealt with our requirements, since the mattress has arrived it has been outstanding and very comfortable to sleep on

happy with new mattress
helpful staff, gave good advice, not pushy. mattress is comfortable and reasonably priced. delivery was on time, kept updated throughout the process. They took our old mattress away for recycling, we just had to slip it into a plastic bag which was provided. Delivery charges were competitive against other suppliers

Efficient, Polite, Good Service and Product
While we were shopping for a mattress we were struggling to find one that suited both of us. The staff were helpful and informative, without being pushy and intrusive. We spent ages in the shop but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable.
Ordering was easy, payment options to suit different budgets and a reasonably quick delivery slot.
Delivery was efficient, staff pleasant and they covered their footwear coming in the house.
The mattress is fantastic, comfortable for both of us and has really improved our quality of sleep.
