I am very pleased with my purchase from Dreams. It was a nice experience my Daughter and I met a very helpful lady who answered all our questions about the two mattresses that we purchased I’m happy with the delivery and quality.

Takes a bit to get use to mattress proving good . Not had any hip pain which is brilliant. pillow not to sure getting a stiff neck . wife had a soft pillow I had a medium . Not had it 2 weeks yet

Great service from Dreams, again. We have upgraded two mattresses in the last couple of years and are very happy with the quality of the service we received and the items themselves. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well set out with a nice ambiance. Ordering was easy and the 0% finance offer was an added bonus. The guys who delivered were also friendly and very efficient. We would not go anywhere else for a new bed or mattress.

Perfect from start to finish. The service in store was great- very helpful and informative but not at all pushy. We had a good choice of beds and mattresses and availability of stock and delivery slots meant we could get our choice quickly. Communication about delivery was excellent and the delivery team were friendly and professional. We are very happy we chose Dreams.

Excellent from the sales lady through to the delivery

Excellent service. Bought a therapur mattress from dreams at Ashton under lyne. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. We paid for delivery to our room. The delivery guys were lovely. They rang me on the day and gave me a time. They were so respectful of my property and gave me information on how to care for my mattress. Would definitely recommend. Had my first nights sleep on my new mattress and so far so good

1st mattress was faulty,
2nd mattress damage by delivery driver who blamed me ! He put a hole in it and then left the mattress off the bed(super king) now bending upright and also wiped dog poo in my garden off his boots
