Staff at shop was very friendly and helpful, was offered a drink tea/ coffee delivery service was good and the guys were polite and friendly.

I recently visited Dreams (Ashton-Snipe) to purchase a single bed, and I cannot express enough how fantastic our experience was, thanks to Kate. From the moment my partner and I walked into the store, Kate made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warmth and friendliness immediately put us at ease, especially as I often feel anxious in new environments due to my mental health.

Kate was not only knowledgeable and professional but also exceptionally attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the options with patience and expertise. Her genuine care shone through in every interaction, and she even offered us a drink, which added a lovely personal touch.

Thanks to Kate, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an enjoyable one. She made sure we found the perfect bed, and we left the store feeling confident and happy with our purchase. From walking through the door we were met by such friendly and very knowledgeable staff, we came away really happy with our purchase, and our mattress is so comfortable it's unbelievable.

Everything was just great!

Easy purchase and good product. Naomi in the Ashton store put us on the machine that analyses your sleep position and selects mattresses for you, she showed us round a few mattresses and talked to us to find out what we liked before showing us one that we really liked and was within our budget as it was ex-display. Got a bedding pack with our purchase too, free delivery and they took our old mattress away. We waited 10 days for delivery on a date convenient to us. No drama.

Sales assistant were very helpful, provided all the information we asked. The delivery people were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with respect. They fitted the bed and mattress, this was not requested when we placed the order as our circumstances changed.

Since buying my new mattress, i have had the best nights sleep that I have had in a long time. 👍👌👏😃

A friendly and very helpful approach from Jessica in store. Purchased a mattress, got a date for delivery and collection of our old one. Kept well informed of the time a delivery. The 2 men who came were on time and very pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all. Would definately recommend Dreams.

What a difference. From leaving your main rivals to arriving in Ashton and be welcomed by Sue. She stayed 1hr 20 mins after closing time to help us find our desired bed and frame. Fully explained everything perfect and made us enjoy the whole experience. Thank you Sue

Our experience at Dreams was excellent from start to finish. A lady called Sue came up to us as soon as we walked and asked if we knew what we were looking for which we did we were looking for a Therepur Actigel 6800 Mattress, so she took us to try them out. There were a few different ones to try in medium and firm she gave us some pillows and just left us to it to try them out and did not rush us infact she brought us both a cup of coffee. When we were ready she went through the details with us we also purchased 2 Tempur cloud air smartcool pillows and a smartcool bed topper. She was such a lovely lady and gave us a great experience so Thank you Sue we love the Mattress and pillows

My bed is perfect, just what I wanted and so comfy. It was delivered on time by two very nice and helpful gentlemen who did all they could to see that all ran smoothly on the day, which it did. I am very satisfied, thank you.
