Delivery was in time, perfectly organized, TEMPUR mattress installed professionally by friendly efficient Staff with some extra customer advice (sits,fits,moves and has air) and provides the expected additional comforts: Less Lumbago, less Backpain, relaxed Sleep and getting on- and off with ease despite physical disabilities and this mattress adapts nicely to the adjustable frame. The Choice of this perfect fitting TEMPUR Mattress was made easy by very patient and efficient staff in the shop, leading to obtaining a VERY Satisfying Product. The instant clearance of the old Mattress was a bonus. - It is a worthwhile decision to choose DREAMS for buying a mattres.

For me buying a mattress isn't just a purchase; it's an investment in my health and daily life, and Sean truly understood that. He didn’t just sold us a mattress—he genuinely cared about helping us find relief and comfort. The delivery team were excellent. Kept us informed of time of delivery, and very efficient at constructing the bed. The shop staff were very good at explaining everything and the service was excellent.

From the moment we started our enquiry Aaron was polite and attentive to our needs. He lead us through to procedure in selecting the most suitable mattress for our comfort needs without any pressure to 'place an order'. We were allowed to try out several mattresses until we found our 'perfect match'. He then carefully to us through the completion and payment process. Also confirming that we had 100 days to try the mattress out for ourselves at home. All in all a pleasant buying experience. We would certainly recommend Dreams to family and friends for their next mattress purchase.

From choosing the mattress to placing the order, to the delivery of both bed frame and mattress was seamless! The bed frame, Estella, was an on line order via the store and I am thrilled with the quality of it! It looks so much more expensive than it was! The Dreams Rochester mattress is very comfortable and a reasonable price! Aaron from the store was great, no sales pressure and lots of time to consider all options!
Overall, from purchasing the bed, to the delivery of the items, we had no issues at all! Totally recommend Dreams!

We wanted a new bed frame and mattress. 'Dreams' was the first shop we went to. The process of picking the bed and mattress was made into quite a fun experience. They have a computerised analysis machine to try out first and we tried lots of beds. Bought exactly what we wanted and have not regretted it. All delivered one week later with very helpful delivery men. Good customer experience.
