What made the experience great? ...... the people, both of the members of staff I dealt with were very knowledgeable and seemed to go out of their way to find out what I needed and provide it. Delivery was equally straight forward and efficient.

Simply the best bed I have ever slept in!
My husband and I did the sleep match and were shown 4 or 5 beds based on our results, we ordered a bed and it was delivered the following week. The shop staff were easy to get along with, helpful and knowledgeable and the delivery men were polite and efficient.

My son was looking for a new mattress and the dreams team were very informative and inclusive ( my son is autistic) . They spoke to my son about his mattress and what he needed ( not mum about what my son needed) which I was very impressed with. Thank you

Great experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. I was left to browse freely but easy to ask them questions as needed.
