Right from the start the Banbury branch…
Right from the start the Banbury branch of Dreams were really on the ball We were offered tea or coffee
and all our questions answered with great knowledge
and we placed our order with confidence all the staff
Were polite and helpful.
The order was delivered on time by two young men who were polite and keen to make sure everything was as per order and reminded us to turn the mattresses after two weeks.

Manager in store was very knowlegable…
Manager in store was very knowlegable about products in store, warm and friendly and made me a great cup of tea.

We received great customer service
We received great customer service, using the Sleepmatch technology and support/advice from the sales assistant we purchased an ottoman bed, headboard and Tempur mattress. Would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends!
