Excellent friendly service and a very good range of products. We took advantage of the 20% discount January sale to purchase our new Flaxby mattress.

The staff in the shop were friendly & helpful. The delivery drivers were the same. One delivery driver was a cheeky chap, but I found that funny.

Popped in to try and find a new mattress for me and my partner and was immediately greeted by Tony who set us up on some machine to help us find exactly what we needed. Tony had a great knowledge of all the products that are available in the store as well as elsewhere and he helped us slowly cross items off our list until we found the perfect mattress for us. He was very understanding of my partners back issues and made us feel more like friends than just another customer.

Great choice of mattresses, and the Sleepmatch machine made choosing the right one much easier. Tony the store manager was really helpful

After being extremely let down by Bensons For Beds, we were recommended Dreams as an alternative. Even though we arrived late in the day, we were given extra time after closing hours to consider and make our decisions. Both Martin and Tony (Basildon branch) were extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and helped to to chose the correct beds and mattresses that were right for us without trying to sell us something beyond our needs or budget.
Not taken delivery yet, but the timeframe for delivery was very good and so far everything has been great.

Saw mattress online, went to shop wasn't expecting to see it in there, was walking around & low and behold they had it in there, very pleased as could have a good look at it, it was also nice that staff left you alone saying if I needed any help just ask, when I did need there help man was very helpful, mattress is firm bit very comfy, good price & good quality to

Although close to closing Mandy the sales assistant was ever so helpful with all our enquiries even about our old bed and after we left caught up with us in the street to show us on her phone the site we had been looking for.That is why we decided to return the next day & buy the bed unfortunately it was Mondays day off but Tony was on hand to show us all the information on the different beds before we found the right one 🙂

Dreams offer excellent customer service. Their beds are well made and well priced. My order was delivered on time and assembled quickly with no fuss. I’ve had no problems at all and have ordered another bed,as I was so impressed.The communication was exceptional throughout. Well done Dreams!!!

I received exceptional customer service at Dreams in Basildon yesterday, from Harry and Tony. They were helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all the products in store. They were courteous, polite, professional, patient and took the time to explain all aspects to allow me, to make the best informed decision. I cannot fault their services and I walked away very satisfied. 10 out of 10 for me and I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

We visited the store in New Basildon, Westgate Store on the 26/04/2022. Harry was the assistant who helped us. The service was very good and we were offered all of the services, but not pressured into anything. We purchased a king size mattress and divan. I would definitely go back again when I need a new one.

well mannered. She was extremely friendly and
helpful and helped me get my dream mattress
at a great price! I have already recommended
dreams to family & friends as I was so happy
with the service they supplied. Thank you

slumber on my new mattress than I've had in

Brilliant customer service. Explained everything & was shown several beds which were appropriate for what I was after. Harry was excellent The delivery was great the chaps chatted while installing my bed again explaining everything I needed to know of how to operate it & looking after my mattress too. Highly recommend Dreans.
