A very welcoming atmosphere in New Basildon store, our server Harry, was very knowledgeable about mattresses showing us the differences. Offered refreshments, felt relaxed and not pressured to make any decision quickly. Our purchase and options available to us were fully explained and we were able to check all details before processing the sale.

Friendly welcoming store where you can try all beds while having a cup of tea. I am impressed with the machine that calculating your body needs and giving suggestion of suitable mattresses. I tried them and the machine was right. Soon I will need to buy again and definitely will go the same store. I wish if they could offer more and higher discounts and if could collect old mattresses for free. 100 nights trial was the key for me to decide to buy. Because the prices I couldn’t buy the mattress what the machine recommended (I found some of them perfect -exactly what I need) but friendly stuff offered me similar mattress on acceptable price for my budget.
I am very satisfied that the store had all range of possible mattress with different levels of firmness, textures, sizes(very important). They could put more of the sizes(singles and small doubles) because the feeling is changing with the size of the mattress and also would be perfect if they could offer more sofa beds and more bed bases and frames or ones that can fit to budget and can be designed.

Sales assistant Tony was great from the Basildon store. He helped me choose the right mattress for me. As I suffer from back pain this mattress has helped me a lot. He also gave me a great deal and superb service.

Friendly helpful staff from the time we entered the store to when our bed was delivered! Shown plenty of choices and allowed to try mattresses which isn’t always easy as my husband is a wheelchair user.
