The entire experience was great, staff were very attentive and informative in the store. Georgia from Basingstoke went through the sleepmatch and helped us find the right mattress for us following the results. Georgia helped us with a protection plan, a mattress protector which didn’t hinder the quality of the cooling mattress and a payment plan that spread the cost helping us afford the new purchase (on top of our wedding for next year!) really good experience highly recommend

Very happy with sales service, delivery date met and timing confirmed, all excess packaging taken away and left tidy.
I should be receiving a refund for driver not having to take old bed away as this was arranged by myself. I was told by the driver he would arrange this, still waiting.

Waiting no longer, refund sorted, phone call and follow up email to ensure all good.

The customer service we experienced from Chris at the Basingstoke store was exceptional. He talked through the options that had come out of the sleep machine. He listened to our comments and preferences on each mattress we tried and he recommended one not on the list generated but that he felt would suit us both from what we had said. Chris's knowledge was great and we felt he went above and beyond dealing with us for over an hour and moved mattreses onto different divan bases so we could tell how it would feel on our divan. Chris was helpful, thoughtful and responsive to us without being pushy or making us feel pressure to make a purchase. We ended up with the Tempur matress Chris recommended as well as with bedcover and mattress protector. Chris offered and provided us with water during our time in store. Thank you Chris for a great experience with Dreams and as a result we would recommend Basingstoke Dreams to our friends and family.

Carl was the adviser i spoke to. He had excellent knowledge and charisma. Made me feel warm and welcomed. didnt apply any pressure to buy there and then, so i could make an informed decision about what i wanted to buy.

i ended up paying more than i wanted, but i was convinced with Carls advise i was making a great purchase :)
