Brilliant from start to finish, if every company was to follow suit on how Dreams run there business wouldn't that be fantastic 👏 Brilliant delivery drivers, fantastic customer service, Dreams are definitely in a class of there own.

Rylan the salesman knew his products and help use choose a bed and mattress for our guest bedroom.

Bought bed online - not many reviews but very pleased with this bed. We were able to put it together pretty quickly. Very happy with it, even weeks later.
Dreams were swift with their delivery

Friendly and efficient sales staff who were not just 'pushy sales people'. Excellent product that was just what we were looking for which was delivered and assembled quickly and efficiently by a friendly delivery team.

Having previously had poor service from another major bed retailer, we were concerned that we would have the same experience from Dreams. This turned out not to be the case - everything was just perfect. The Sleepmatch tool was very helpful in analysing our needs and we were given a range of mattresses to choose from. We decided to go away and think about it as we were looking at a very expensive mattress and we needed to be sure that we were making the right purchase. We were given all the information we needed and, a week later we went back to make the purchase. We ended up ordering the most expensive mattress we've ever bought but it has turned out to be the best decision.

The service was excellent - the sales person (Chris) was helpful but not pushy and would leave us alone to try the various mattresses out. The delivery service was excellent - they arrived on time, they took away our old mattress (we had had to pay for that) and installed the new one. All the packaging was taken away too so all we had to do was make the bed. Since then, we've both had really good nights' sleeps and are very happy with our choice and Dreams service.

When in the store, we spoke to the manager who was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our purchase easy and stress free. The delivery drivers were awesome sorting out a slight issue which was amazing

From the moment we set foot in the Dreams Basingstoke Store we were greeted with a smile and assistance. Our needs were listened to and having used the sleep match machine we were then shown around the store.

Every mattress we tried was explained to us and any questions we asked were answered fully and in detail. We found the staff member assisting us extremely personable, knowledgable and helpful.

At no point were we pressured or rushed into making a decision even when on returning on the Sunday it was getting close to the store closing! There was no pushy hard selling and we were left alone to discuss matters without anyone hovering by us.

We eventually decided we would like to make a purchase at just after 4pm on the Sunday. Despite the store now being closed this process was not rushed and we were still offered hot drinks!

We hope that the rest of the process is as good as the service we have received so far and look forward to receiving our matters in due course!

Excellent service in store from everyone. Mattress arrived quickly and delivery team were superb in quite appalling weather.

Informative and helpful salesperson, explained the various types of mattress and did not pressurise us at all. Used the assessment beds to recommend the most suitable mattresses and with the salesman tried all the recommended mattresses out before deciding. Delivery was very quick and efficient all in all a very deserved 5 stars.

Dreams is always the shop I go to regarding a new bed or mattress. Recommended to my family and friends who also have bought from Dreams as me over the years. Friendly staff very polite helpful nothing to much for them and the delivery guys were wonderful taking care with my new electric bed plus mattress. Taking off their shoes as they entered my property. Great team all around
