From start to finish it was a great experience with the Basingstoke team at Dreams. I’ve had my new bed 2weeks now and honestly I wish I’d had got one years ago I sleep a lot better and it’s so comfortable thank you Carl and your team you’re the best ever.

A slightly late review as we bought our mattress in late 2025, but Carl at Dreams in Basingstoke was brilliant. We didn’t know where to start, and his calm guidance — including the Sleepmatch machine — helped us choose a fantastic Sleepeezee mattress. Friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Highly recommended.

Great quality bed and pretty solid and easy to assemble. Kieran and James were great delivery lads, courteous and careful. The five boxes were left in the hall as I wasn’t prepared to pay the additional £39 "Room of Your Choice" service, as TBH I think it’s a bit opportunistic. Most dreams furniture is bedroom and most bedrooms are upstairs. Would the £39 go to the delivery guys? Why not just build it into the bed cost, or is it a bit of creative accounting.

The very welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The staff member Leah listened to what I needed and what I didn't and made suggestions. Can't praise her enough. I came away extremely happy with my purchase. She even made me a lovely cup of coffee while I was paying.
You need more staff like Leah. 5 stars from me

Really positive visit to Basingstoke dreams.I was helped quickly and am delighted with my mattress and additional pillows and duvet and mattress cover.

Thanks to Leah for guiding us through the process from sleep machine to all the extras.

Sales person was great got us what we wanted and offered teas or coffees while we were instore, we got delivery christmas eve as arranged,
The all round experience was perfect.

The delivery drivers were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. The bed itself is very comfortable.

Very happy with my new mattress and customised velvet frame with drawers was so easy to put together and the delivery and customer service in store was excellent! And had great night sleeps in my new bed thank you would recommend :)
