Exceptional service
Delivered on time as stated. Exceptional delivery guys. Even went to put plastic shoe covers on there shoes. To protect inside my home but wasn't needed as I was expecting a new stair carpet the following day. Took mattress to room of my choice 10/10

Highly recommend, 10/10 service (& with lovely smiles)
Highly recommend the Blackpool branch of Dreams, the loveliest friendliest staff that put you at ease while making an expensive decision! Used the Sleepmatch to help find a mattress also, & couldn’t be happier with my new bed! My mum also got a sofa bed while we were in there so we both left very happy. 10/10!

Superb value, excellent customer service!
Friendly, helpful staff who explain all of the options without being at all pushy and ensure you get the right products to suit your needs at a really good price. Highly recommended!

5+ star service from Aaron…
5+ star service from Aaron at the Blackpool Vicarage Lane branch. Really knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable. Went above and beyond the call to help my elderly mum to make her choice over a couple of visits.
Now the product has arrived and she's chuffed to bits with it. Delivery great too Super experience.

Went to the store in Blackpool and met a lovely salesman called Aaron, he was very knowledgeable and with the use of their technology found the ideal mattress for us, 5 star service.

Went into store to find a new mattress. Tried the sleep analyser and from that tried about 6 mattresses. Ordered the most comfy.
