Fantastic company! My matress was reduced before delivery so they refunded the difference as promised when I contacted them. They delivered on the day promised. They rang me before delivery to confirm and delivered to my room of choice. Very happy😃😃😃

Was told on the 29th Dec my bed was…
Was told on the 29th Dec my bed was delayed and could not be delivered due to ship being unable to dock at Flexstowe and diverted to Rotterdam. Then almost two weeks later it was delayed again due to trouble in Red Sea.
It only had to come from Rotterdam!!!!!

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry for the ongoing issues you are having. The goods were initially rerouted to Rotterdam, however unfortunately the issues in the Red Sea have created a large degree of congestion at ports and for inbound haulage in general. As such the vessels that were rerouted to Rotterdam have experienced further delays in being able to get a booking slot.
I can see we have now been able to book you in for a delivery at the start of February, and we see no reason for this date to now have to be changed.
I would like to apologise once more for the delays, and we hope you will be very happy with your product once you receive it.

Go in to the shop, it’s worth it.
I had a fantastic time at dreams in Caerphilly. I was helped by Steve who ensured I tried sleep match and found a bed that was so so comfortable. He was very knowledgeable. Him and Dee made it an overall good experience with a hot drink being offered. Would definitely recommend a trip to dreams, I’m glad I didn’t just order online. I absolutely love my new bed.

Mattress arrived as expected on day and time helpful delivery guys put it in requested place and took packaging away. Having better nights sleep aswell now. So well pleased with purchase of the new mattress .

Great bed, great experience.
Our experience from start to finish was great. The salesman in the shop was helpful and not too pushy. The delivery of the bed was smooth and the guys explained everything they needed to clearly and concisely. I’ve been having better quality sleep ever since.

Excellent service and advice ...
Excellent service and advice from Derry regarding choice of mattress. Following an initial diagnostic consultation regarding my requirement and budget he was able to offer me a choice of mattresses.
No hard sell, just a genuine desire to meet my needs.
New mattress delivered on time and the old one taken away. No hesitation in recommending Dreams Caerphilly.

Called into our local Dreams store to…
Called into our local Dreams store to enquire about a replacement mattress. The manager was friendly and after introducing us to the Sleep Match machine was able to give us several bedding options/prices which we were able to try out in store. We did not feel hassled or pushed into buying the products we choose. Delivery came on time as promised, the delivery drivers were very courteous and efficient in setting up the bed for us.
