We got fantastic service at the Canterbury Dreams store. From exploring what mattress would be suitable to finding an amazing pillow that my neck’s been searching for for years! The staff were knowledgeable but not pushy and spent time with us. I didn’t have a long wait for the delivery either. Basically, I’m in love with my new mattress and pillow! Thankyou.

Had been looking for a bed and mattress for a while dream's had exactly what we wanted the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable everything was delivered promptly even when we had to change the date

Very good customer service and top quality matress

Richard from the Canterbury store was friendly, knowledge and great with the children too! He showed us straight to the mattress we had seen online and then suggested we tried the sleep match machine (great experience). He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us find what worked best for us. All the store staff were friendly and chatty.

Customer service in the canterbury store was great, got all the info I needed the took my husband in the following week to purchase. Prompt delivery with recycling of old mattresses and absolutely no issues with delivery
