Mattress purchased wasn’t the one that…
Mattress purchased wasn’t the one that was received.
The one that was received was in bad condition with stitches coming out, stains, and with a lump that doesn’t go down making it impossible to sleep in it.
Currently awaiting for a refund. Terrible experience, after waiting for the mattress for a period of five weeks.

I would highly recommend Phillip for anyone going to the clapham branch.
He immediately made us feel very welcome, but more importantly, he was very knowledgeable AND honest about the different mattresses we viewed, along with their own individual pros and cons for what we were looking for. In almost no time at all he helped us find the best Mattress we've ever had.

Everything was great
Everything was great, Hana helped me and her colleagues. She was patience and informative. I came back the next day to buy, everything was easy and simple as I was looking to make a quick purchase. The bed is comfortable and I would use this branch of Dreams again. The delivery people were exceptional very friendly. Overall very happy with the experience and the bed seems good quality for the price and comfortable. Thanks!

The mattress and bed frame material is on point 💥👌
The mattress is so comfy soft and comfortable I brought king size mattress 2019 (for myself)and now this year I brought for my son single mattress with frame and he loves it 💞💞💞

Excellent customer service in store and Philip in Clapham store wa s the sales person was excellent and knew his stuff- with out being pushy- sleep match mapping for a mattress such a great and quick idea- good prices too and delivery times- highly recommend !
