The lady was so helpful, we tried the sleep match and she showed us the mattress that would suit us. No pressure to buy, made us a cup of coffee to discuss with each other our options.

Rob (stanway, colchester branch)was very accommodating, friendly, easy to chat to. Very knowledgeable and not pushy, which i liked. Tried a few mattresses after trying out the "sleep machine"...and eventually settled on the Tadley medium mattress.

New Tempure mattress
Salesperson was very helpful and listened to what we needed. We were not rushed. After using the bed to decide which bed was most suitable, we tried all that had been suggested. We settled on the second choice. Mattresses were delivered at the stated time. The men delivering the mattresses were courteous and took all packing and old mattresses away. The mattresses have certainly lived up to expectations

Excellent, friendly, knowledgable help. Got analysed on the test bed, offered coffee, everything explained about beds, purchasing, 100 day test period. One of the more enjoyable purchasing experiences. Sales and delivery staff were great, couldn’t have been more helpful.

My order was delivered on time, and the delivery men did an excellent job putting the bed together, it is very comfortable and looks really nice in my newly decorated bedroom
