We had a great experience choosing a new mattress at Dreams. The staff were very professional and friendly and not pushy. We got a great deal on a quality product and only had to wait 1 week for delivery. We can’t wait for it to arrive.

We needed to order the bed used by our disabled son at home, for his university halls. We ordered locally and arranged for delivery of the second bed in a faraway part of the country. Lots of scope for mishaps there, but the planned delivery was exactly as agreed and the delivery men were really helpful. It’s an important contribution to making home-from-home and we are very grateful to Dreams for making the request so straightforward to achieve. Top service and excellent bed!!

So on my first visit at dreams I was greated by Tracey and she asked if I was ok and needed any help finding what I was looking for, I explained I suffer with back pain every morning I get out of bed and she recommended I try the test bed out to see what mattress would best be suited to me, with my head set on a Tempur mattress I quickly found the right one for me and as I was given a Tempur pillow to try out all the mattresses I was not not having a pillows to match as it was all so comfortable to lie on. I then explained I also needed a new bed frame as mine at home is only a double and I was going with a king sized mattress, so giving Tracey the colour theme I needed we found the perfect frame witch also come with the option to have it as ottoman which is ideal for me as I'm all for hidden storage, so Tracey then worked out the over all price and got me a good price, but still with it being alot of money I needed to think it all though, so Tracey took my number and said if any new offers/deals where to pop up said would contact me and let me know (this was all on the Monday) ..... So Friday afternoon I received a phone call from Tracey staying there was going to be 10% off everything over the weekend so I arranged to go in on the Sunday. Sunday come I went in and was giving a warm welcome to me and my twin boys, I was offered a coffee and boys were offered a bottle of water which was lovely I then went on to explain I think I wanted to upgrade from the elite tempur mattress to the luxe so we got my pillow and went and tested it out, it sealed the deal, I then upgraded my pillows to the cool touch too and went with the tempur mattress protector and then to my delight Tracey worked her magic and managed to get to a free silent night king-sized duvet too! And the best part was that with all the upgrades and extras and 8years bed cover that I went with the price ended up being the same as on my first visit due to the 10% off so I am extremely greatful to Tracey for going that extra mile for me and doing her up most best to get me what I wanted for the very best price she could and only have to wait 5weeks for delivery 7th November to have the best night sleep and wake up pain free. Would highly recommend Tracey at Cwmbran Dreams, again thank you so much! Amazing customer service from start to end.

I had a rather small budget so as I first walked into store I was very shy.
My dad went straight in no problem, we used the sleep match machine and went from there.
My dad chose his mattress whereas I felt a need to apologise just because the way I am and said I had a smaller budget so I needed something cheaper.
Lynn said there was nothing to apologise for and was more than happy to find something which is within my budget and I was lucky to have the 0% APR which is amazing so I felt a bit more at ease with my budget.
Honestly so happy to have you help us pick our mattresses because we was so at ease and relaxed as we was going through the whole checking stage.

Went to Dreams to purchase a bed for my son. Very friendly greeting straight away, asked what we were looking for, an Ottoman bed. Amy was very helpful and knew her stuff which resulted in a purchase and one happy son

Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Helpful not pushy. Bed is to our requirement. Delivered on slotted time with telephone call beforehand. Not 1 thing wrong, would 💯 % recommend

Lovely staff both in store (Tracey from Cwmbran) and on the delivery team (both guys names Lee). Was explained everything thoroughly and respected with my decisions but also helped throughout the process of purchasing a new mattress (required for severe back issues) and the delivery of the mattress. Delivery slot was 8.45am to 10.45am, mattress was in place on my bed frame at 8.50am.

Due to the inadequacy of Bensons delivering a damaged mattress we had to act. We cancelled our order and went to dreams Cwmbran where a lovely ladies Amy and believe Tracey assisted us. We was fitted out for the correct bed and also took time to explore choices with only 7 day delivery time. Today after 7 days the mattress turned up, two excellent delivery guys assisted taking it to our bedroom. A totally stress very and customer focused approach from all staff at Cwmbran and wider teams!

An appointment had been made and a helpful person was waiting for me. She took lots of time to make sure I Understood everything. Purchase was very smooth.

Instore bed testing was ideal to enable us to get the right mattress,service was great offered tea and coffee .when we committed to a sale even offered to waiver the installation fee.not many companies I know do that.

After visiting at least six other retailers I was completely confident with the advice and service I got from Dreams.

From the excellent customer service in store, to the exemplary service from the delivery drivers, we couldn't be happier. We picked up and ex-display bargain instore that came with free pillows. Free delivery too, which was booked for the week we bought the sofabed. The drivers were courteous, friendly and professional. They called us first thing in the morning to advise their delivery time and once they arrived they had no problem taking our new sofabed upstairs, which we were worried about. They positively commented on our new room mural which I had hand-painted and no one had seen yet, which made my day. They even wore their own booties! You don't get exemplary service from like that in this day and age. Not even a week after we bought it and it's been a DREAM throughout!
