The ladies in the shop were brilliant and so helpful from our budget to colour scheme. Clearly enjoyed their jobs and it showed. We were kept upto date on delivery dates and times, the team arrived, assembled the bed and were very thorough explaining everything. Highly recommended and would definately buy future beds from the store. 👍😀

Very good customer service in store helpful staff didn’t have any problems finding what we wanted. Little disappointed when we wanted a bed that wasn’t in stock but promised a call to confirm which didn’t happen so purchased bed from another company. Main five star goes to the delivery team they were superb! Great communication ref delivery time even arrived early. Explained everything, nothing was to much trouble, all unpacked and packaging taken away. Delivery teams don’t often get a mention and they should!

Good advice and choices available. Fair prices and deals. Told to choose payment method 7 days before delivery but this turned out to be more than the expected phone call advised. Delivered when expected, although wait time was lengthy, good quality bed.

it was excellent from start to finish

From start to finish the service we received from Dreams was fantastic! The salesperson in the store was informative, helpful and efficient, I was kept up to date on my delivery constantly. The two delivery drivers were superb, very helpful, polite and mindful of my home! Thankyou Dreams will be back to order again soon.

Helpful service , quality for the money I spent

After buying a bed frame just over 15 months ago, the 3 centre supports have failed which has caused our mattress to sink. Even though the bed was out of warranty dreams come and replaced the base without charge.

Excellent service. Good product range in store to try. Not rushed to decide. Sleep assessment machine most informative.not the cheapest store but trustworthy and knowledgeable. Interest free credit saves money over time. Good package agreed. Rather a long delivery time due to custom size needed. Free delivery and help with installation valued. Impressive staff.

Ordered and received a £3,500 hydraulic Disability bed and mattress as I have lung disease (COPD) - Lung Consultants Advice. When delivered the bed consisted of two-foot hydraulic units, instead of one hydraulic foot and one head unit as ordered. I explained I needed the bed for medical needs as I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The delivery driver explained it I would receive a call from Customers Services today and delivered tomorrow. No call and no delivery, so received a Disability bed Not Fit For Purpose and do not address my medical needs. It is disgraceful Dreams a national company devoid of all empathy and show total disregard to a customers medical needs.
Update Summary.
Received a further Dreams appointment in order to resolve the current issue with the hydraulic bed. According to contact from Dreams representative – refer below, the issue will be resolved on Thursday 1st December 2022, when a delivery crew will attend your home with the missing item – being the head hydraulic unit – we received two-foot hydraulic units – instead of one of each unit, which was inoperable – so the hydraulic bed was not fit for purpose.
On arrival Dreams crew again wrongly delivered a headboard and bottom rail, instead of the correct hydraulic unit, which means the hydraulic bed remains not fit for purpose for a £3,500 Dreams hydraulic bed.
Again, another contact from Dreams “Useless” Customer Service stated now the earliest a Dreams crew can deliver the missing head hydraulic unit will be on 4th January 2023 over a months’ time. Remembering I have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – my wife diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy – heart disease – again bed need to be elevated, and essential I have a bed which need to be raised above flat, Dreams Customer Service was oblivious to our suffering.
The promises from Dreams Customer Service is hollow and useless.

Awesome experience, delivery guys were very helpful, professional & assembled the bed quickly. They wore shoe coverings whilst in the house and were just generally great, thanks again!

Placed the order online. Chose items. Paid. Several emails to inform me when it would be delivered. It was delivered. It was great.

The staff at our cwmbran store is absolutely amazing the one that served us she was lovely really took the time to find a bed for our needs her name was Tracy she was amazing and listened to our story she found the exact bed for us which we love so much its the most comfortable bed we ha e had and we have to beds from yourselves
