My partner and I recently purchased an ottoman bed from dreams, which was an excellent decision. The customer service was excellent, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The delivery process was also great, they provided a time slot the day before the delivery, and the delivery team called on the scheduled day to confirm their arrival time, which put me at ease. I no longer worry about whether the delivery company will be able to reach our home, as we’ve had issues before with previous providers who were unable to access our property due to the layout of our house. We are highly satisfied with our bed :))

Great matress and divan. Everything was delivered on time and I'm happy with the quality of sleep I'm getting.

Very professional young assistant dealt with us determine to type of bed/mattress which was delivered smack on time with 2 professional gentleman.

Delivered on time, positioned on bed, old mattress taken away. All in 10 minutes max!

Went to Dreams Cwmbrân to purchase a mattress for my pregnant partner and we arrived 40 minutes before closing. We went about our business knowing what type of mattress we wanted and trying to decide between two, then we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Lynn, who reminded us that the store closed in 30 minutes and maybe we needed more time to decide and should take a booklet and come back ( yes she wanted us out by 6pm to go home) I thought this was very unprofessional of her and not the type of customer service I would expect when looking to buy a mattress for nearly £2000.
We had already decided what mattress we wanted and told Lynn we like the Tempur mattress, when Lynn said I will sort you a good deal if you buy it today( yes I saw her eyes light up thinking i have a good sale here) so we thought great let’s do it and see what deal Lynn can do for us.

Well Lynn wasn’t telling the truth, all she could take off was the 10% that was already on the sale price and then decided she wanted to add on the £29.99 for Dreams to place the mattress in the room of our choice ( we didn’t ask for this) then tried to upsell and added on the topper for another £100 (again we didn’t ask for this). At this point I was not happy and just wanted to pay for the mattress and get out of there( yes with only the 10% discount on display sale price not the great deal Lynn was going to do for us)

Then when we had paid Lynn says I feel like I haven’t done anything for you really, let me see if I can get the mattress delivered to a room free of charge for you, no thanks Lynn we are done and want to be out of here.

If the mattress was a few hundred pound fair enough try to give us the extras, but when we have paid £1899 for a mattress at least throw the topper in for free as a thank you.

We might just cancel our order and find a different company, worst place ever. Do not buy from dreams Cwmbrân and don’t trust Lynn to do you a deal especially when it’s home time and she wants you out the door ASAP.

We have now cancelled our order, after we thought about it the rudeness from Lynn and the way we were made to feel unwelcome have made us cancel this order with immediate effect.

Well the lady in dreams cwmbran certainly knows about beds it was her knowledge that my made all the difference she really made us feel comfortable purchasing our new mattress

Staff in Dreams very helpful and lovely…. Cannot fault. Delivery service was great and guys were helpful and on time. Delivery time for bed was 4 months… due to hold up with ships and piracy. This has been going on for centuries and would have been known on purchase day… 4 months is a long time to wait when your bed is broken.
