Great team
Fantastic store and staff made the process of helping us choose a mattress easy. We were torn between 2 mattresses and ended up changing our minds on the one we picked. The team happily assisted along with customer services and we got the mattress we wanted in no time at all. Overall very happy experience and glad we where able to swap to a better mattress with the 100 night sleep guarantee. Delivery team also spot on no issues and very helpful.

From 1st visit to 3rd visit bearing in mind 150 miles round journey and still not correct but customer service saying contact Dumfries and Dumfries telling me to contact customer service

I bought a riser bed king size on…
I bought a riser bed king size on 30/01/25
The mattress was too firm so called to exchange it. Had to pay another £500 to swap because the discount I got on the purchase of the first one didn’t apply to the 2 nd. Paid this got medium. The mattress is more like a firm one Not a happy bunny. I spent a lot of money on this bed and would have been better sticking with my old one

Good service from purchase to delivery
Pleasant and helpful staff in shop. Good communication regarding delivery. Friendly and helpful delivery staff. After assembling the beds (ottoman singles) they explained how to use without putting pressure on the pistons. Took all packaging away. Good Service and would recommend Dreams, Dumfries, if buying a new bed.

10 years ago we got our first Dreams…
10 years ago we got our first Dreams bed and mattress and it has served us well. When we decided to replace the mattress we once again wanted to get a Dreams mattress. So we have now got our new Dreams mattress and it is great. We are looking forward to many more years of Dreams.
