The two delivery drivers were very friendly and very conscious of the decor getting the mattress upstairs. They even helped to move the old mattress into another room (I didn’t request the recycling facility) and happily did that for me too. Couldn’t have asked for better deliverers. Dreams if you’re listening one was called Omar and I’m afraid I didn’t catch the name of the other chap who was equally as good. Also appreciated that they put overshoes on when they came in - a nice touch. :)

I wandered into the Dreams store on Boxing day, slightly surprised to find them open, and caught the eye of one of the staff who sat down with me and discussed what I wanted over a nice cup of coffee. Then I was put on an automated assessment unit which measured and scanned to produce a short list of possible mattresses suitable for my needs. Tried them all, and a few others, with background info from the assistant/expert. Mattress was delivered the following week without any problems and I have been sleeping a lot better since.

I recently purchased a new £2400 Tempur mattress which was the most I've ever spent on one.
It was great once it bedded in,(excuse the pun),however decided that I was sleeping a little warm,and could probably do with a little more bounce.
I popped into the store and was welcomed by a very helpful lady,who gave me all the time I needed to try out an alternative.
She took me through various options and explained in detail the ins and outs.
She couldn't have been more reassuring when I apologised for having to return my original choice.
So I spent two hours trying out other options and decided on the Sealy ultra elevate mattress.
She sorted all the necessaries with the service desk for me,and once again reassured me about my choice,and that if needed I could change over for another for a second time after the 100 night trial.
Amazing service,I was quite shocked at this offer.
I can only commend Dreams for their level of service in store,and also their professional and friendly delivery guys,who,on both occasions were exemplary.
Well done Dreams,and well done Chelsea at the Eastleigh branch,First Class service,friendly attitude,and a great sense of humour.
This company are highly recommended by myself.

I had great experience in the shop,about the staff with kindness and very good knowledge regarding their products.

Everything was fine from ordering in store to the on time delivery a couple of weeks later.
I was kept informed by email regarding delivery etc.
Have used before, years ago and will probably use DREAMS again.

The bed is very comfortable, it arrived exactly on time and two people put it together for me .very pleased

I have bought beds and mattresses from Dreams before, really happy with their service and products so when I need to replace the mattress for a single bed I returned to Dreams. As before, same high level of service. I have slept in the single bed to test it out and had a brilliant night sleep,

I phoned the store and Chelsea was outstanding - she talked through the different options and took the time to help me decide the best option for me. She invited me to try out some of the mattresses by visiting the store and then spent time helping me to make the right decision on the mattress. Thank you Chelsea, you were brilliant!

I recently purchased a bed from this company and, unfortunately, it arrived with some damage. Initially, the situation was quite disappointing, especially when I discovered that the assembly technician hadn't submitted the report as promised, and it took five days and several attempts to reach customer service to get any progress.

The local store wasn't much help and redirected me to the phone-based customer service, where I faced over an hour of waiting time. However, my experience took a positive turn when I connected with an online customer service representative named Affiong. Affiong was exceptionally helpful and efficiently arranged for a replacement bed to be delivered within four weeks.

Despite the initial setbacks, the attentive assistance from Affiong and Peter eventually restored my faith in the company.

Peter reached out to me personally. His call and the resolution he offered were greatly appreciated. This gesture of personal attention and commitment to resolving my issue left a positive impression on me.
