The in-store staff members were friendly, polite and helpful. The products were delivered as arranged at time of purchase, assembled as discussed and the existing bed frame, mattress and packaging all removed by the delivery team. The new mattress is very comfortable and has been enjoyed by ourselves and our guests. Would recommend visiting Dreams in Eastleigh.

The visit to the store was welcoming and the assistant understanding our need of potentially 2 levels of firmness, offered the sleep bed machine. Which did confirm our thoughts. This aided in the selection offered and the eventual chosen one. Delivery dates agreed and extras offered without pressure, some taken up. The delivery was on the day at the beginning of the offered window and handled just as professionally as the store was. All good

The two 3 foot divan beds and matresses very good quality but asked for them to have option to link together but told by the assemblers that this option is only available with 2 fr 6 in divan beds. Also the mattresses slide off the divan bases so easily.

From start to finish this company has been fantastic. I visited the Eastleigh branch and bought a lovely, firm mattress which was delivered at exactly the time stated, taken upstairs, old mattress and all wrapping taken away. Very professional and efficient while remaining friendly, both in the shop and throughout the delivery service. Thank you.

Very good selection of beds to choose from. The staff at the store were very helpful and it was a relaxing transaction unlike many stores where you are constantly pushed to purchase!

The staff in the shop were really good,they listened to what my needs where I also did the sleep machine and chose the right mattress for me I paid extra for them to assemble the bed and the delivery lads where brilliant and respectful.
