Delivery has been delayed for a month and customer care has been extremely rude. They even wanted to cancel my order.

Delivery was great. I was informed every step of the way. I love the mattress its very comfortable . I would definitely use Dreams again. Delivery men extremely polite and helpful as well....

Helpful knowledgeable staff in the showroom. . Quick and efficient delivery. Delivery guys assembled the bed and removed our old one. They phoned ahead to give a time within the two hour time slot. Happy with our experience and would purchase from Dreams again.

The delivery driver kept us updated with the arrival time and delivered the item with care. Very happy with the product and it has been placed in the master bedroom and I have filled it with various clothes. It provides plenty of space within and is exactly the same width of our bed

The salesman was well educated I'm bed knowledge and did not push any product, he just explained things and let us decide what bed/mattress to choose

Great , helpful and knowledgeable service when we bought. Delivery was great, helpful staff who turned up on time and did what they were supposed to. Only real "issue" was 12 week delivery time but that was specific to the bed we ordered.

Sales experience at Straiton Edinburgh was positive. Ben looked after us very well. Due to having arthritis, I had specific needs for a soft mattress. Ben was very understanding & knowledgeable about what types of mattresses would meet my needs. He was very patient as I tried each one looking for the perfect one!! The purchase process was easy. Paid the extra to have it delivered & old mattress removed, plus the arrangement for it to be taken to specific bedroom. Matthew was delivery driver. He wore protective shoe coverings, walked the route to the bedroom checking nothing was going to get knocked over. Matthew & colleague, delivered new mattress & took old mattress away, efficiently & were both very professional. The whole experience was very positive.
Only suggestion to future customers: if you have joint pain my advice would be to NOT try the mattress assessment machine. You lie on it & it has a massage machine to assess what your perfect mattress would be. I have joint pain, this process hurts!! I regretted that for rest of the day!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Customer service is amazing, Paula at the Straiton branch was excellent, really took the time to chat to us and listen to what we were looking for (both my partner and I have issues with back pain) would highly recommend, no issues with purchase, delivery etc we were kept up to date every step of the way.

Glad I decided on mattress everything fine,thanks to all staff concerned

Fabulous beds and fabulous sales staff. They are knowledgeable and show you all aspects of the beds you may be interested in. Pleasant experience from start to finish.

Mattress far too soft. Metallic smell from bed 10 days after delivery.
