The guys who came to assemble the bed, were so very respectful of my home. Even when I needed to change the room round and they had already started to assemble the bed, they didn't complain they were very helpful. Helping me and my friend manoeuvre the furniture. They were polite and efficient. I had a couple of ice cold cokes for them, it was a very hot day. If I could have them deliver everything I order, that would be fantastic!!

Good and they also have a payment plan if you don’t have all the cash

Another complete and pointless use of my time in a Dreams store in Edmonton. While in store we phoned up customer service and they told me with the voucher code sent across to them I could use my vouchers in store there and then since I was there. The guy in the store who had no clue what he was doing. Didn’t even have a name badge then told me I should ignore customer service as they don’t know what they are talking about. I couldn’t use the voucher as they need something physical. He then told me I could use it online, to then be told I couldn’t. Pointless 1.5 hours of my life.

From the staff in the show room to the delivery, old bed removal and assembly of new bed, my experience was very positive.

The sales assistant named Bekele was very helpful,patient and polite when she showed us the choices of beds.He was thorough during the demonstration.

I am really impressed that I was able to change the colour of my bed one week before delivery. The people that set my bed up were extremely nice and very accommodating. They gave me time to hoover before assembling my bed and also gave me time to put my things under my bed. They were extremely pleasant

My experience was great at Edmonton green dreams store as I felt I had so much time to choose the mattress that was best suited for me , the staff member Jahanger who served me,was so knowledgeable on all the products and gave me the best advice for my health issues.
