Everything seems to have gone pretty great. Though I haven’t used it yet as it’s just been installed and kept in a seperate lounge, but as for the delivery and the service that speak’s volume about this company itself.

I walked into the shops and was greeted…
I walked into the shops and was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I was given a test to find the right mattress for my weight and body. I was then allowed to test out several beds in my price range. I had the differences explained to me. So I could make an informed decision. I choose my matress was shown a better one which felt much more luxurious. It was on sale by 50%. I bought it. It was delivered with an ottoman bed and put up. I made up the bed with pillows I bought from the shop. I put 400 thread sheets and silk pillow cases. I put my duck feather duvet on and went for a nap. It was the best sleep I had in about 15 years.
I will always go to dreams from now on.

The delivery driver stayed in touch…
The delivery driver stayed in touch provided a curtesy call when required. Most importantly they used my door mat at all times and tidied up after themselves

Perfect that’s my dream mattress i have purchased from dream I definitely recommend for people who doesn’t like soft mattress and I have to say they have very helpful and respectful staff in Edmonton shopping center brunch thanks to them

Wonderful Memory foam mattrass
The shop assistant was knowledgeable about the mattrass and although it was not in stock the delivery arrived when it was supposed to.

Great in store help and great delivery service
I went to the Edmonton store, and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and nice, making the process very easy. My sofa bed has been delivered today by two nice guy, who had to unpack it downstairs as it would not go through the stairs. They assembled it with ease and all went according to plan. The sofa bed is nice and comfortable.
