We had a bed delivered today, and what can I say. Such excellent service from the delivery drivers, polite, funny and such a delight to meet. They had driven all the way from Glasgow in really cold weather, but nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would definitely recommend this company, from ordering to delivery first class service. And bed was lovely too if course.

The purpose was to find a suitable bed for my 9 year old. Staff were attentive from start to finish. The guys that came up from Glasgow to deliver and build the bed were fantastic. So polite and they wore shoe covers!

The people arrived in the stated time of 2hrs. They put on shoe guards and quickly put the mattress on the bed and even unpacked it for me.

Was shown all the mattresses that were appropriate for me. Assistant was very helpful.

From ordering this mattress to delivery the staff from Dreams were just so friendly and professional. The mattress itself has not disappointed and is super comfy. I am getting a marvelous sleep so it was a great choice for me.

It was my first time buying a new Bed, the store staff where extremely helpful and friendly! Offering us tea and coffee while we browsed.

They where very understanding of our wants and needs for our new bed and they took the time to make sure they fulfilled our every want and need.

The salesman listened to my explanation of what I was looking for, understood and advised me accordingly. No pressure, no fancy sales patter. It took only a few minutes for him to place the order and tell me my new bed would be delivered the following Saturday. I would get an email giving me a time slot and that's exactly what happened. While he did all the paper work a very nice female employee chatted a bit and the whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. So I left the store a very satisfied customer.

My new bed purchase is perfect, very happy with it and would come back . 1st class all round.

The mattress is great however we were mis sold as we were told we’d receive a mattress protector with it and when I question in shop why this had been received I was then told it was only with the extra warranty. This was not what we were told when we purchased the mattress. Very disappointed in the service
