Craig was excellent and found us the bed we were looking for. We were immediately greeted and offered the use of the sleep machine which found us the type of bed for us. Craig then took us round the store and found us the perfect bed for us!

Alan at Dreams Elgin was Great!
Alan, at Dreams Elgin, was very attentive and keen. My partner and I purchased our first bed on a tight budget at with Alans help. We felt sure that the Dreams colleagues were motivated to offer us the best price and service within our range and left very happy with our purchase. The range of products was appealing and we are very happy with our ultimate purchase.

Great Customer Service
Bed very comfortable, delivered within the time slot.
I did have an issue with not being informed or offered bed assembly. However, mistakes are made we are all human and the customer service manager from Dreams swiftly replied to my review and has offered a bedding package for my inconvenience.
So thankyou Dreams, Great Customer service, which is quite rare these days

The Devil is in the delivery.
The Devil is in the delivery and , unlike many firms that I have used , Dreams excelled at this. The in-store experience was good ; though I was not entirely convinced by the explanations as to why certain mattresses cost so much more than others.

Elgin Team and delivery
The sales team in Elgin were helpful and charming - it could have been a challenge to deal with my parents (both 90) when buying a new bed but they addressed the issue with humour and support. The delivery team were exceptionally good. A great experience, thanks.

Delighted with our purchase of a super kingsize base and headboard
Delighted with our purchase of a super kingsize base and headboard. We already had 2 fairly new mattresses so didn’t need them. The staff in the Elgin branch where we bought them, Dawn and Alan, which coincidently are mine and my husband’s names, were very friendly and helpful. They listened to our requests and accommodated them precisely. Well done and many thanks

Excellent customer service at Elgin
Excellent customer service at Elgin. No pressure. Left to browse & decide on our own. Advice given when we asked. Ended up buying a mattress that wasn’t in the sale but it was what we were looking for.
