Very helpful member of staff
Very helpful member of staff, explained everything to us about the different types of mattresses and talk us through how the scanner worked making my son more relaxed about what was going to happen. Shown different mattresses to try out before final purchase.

New mattress
The assistant was very polite and helpful. On entering the store she offered me a drink. Then listened to my requirements. I found her to be very knowledgeable and knew exactly which mattress to show me.
I would definitely recommend this store.

The sales staff in the EPSOM shop in FEBRUARY 2023 were very attentive, polite and well dressed.

Fab customer service…
I had great customer service in the Epsom branch: asked for what I was looking for and showed me directly to those mattresses. Zero judgment. Even encouraged a change just so I could make sure. I was also going away, so also discussed delivery dates that would suit as well explaining the guarantee. I have been to 3-4 other bed shops and didn't experience this level of excellent customer service.
