Came into the store to look at bed with no intention of buying. Carl AKA Cain came over and introduced him self and asked a few questions before walking off. He came back few minutes later and got some more information before telling us about the special bed in store.

We of corse had to lie on a 3 million pound bed who wouldn't. He offered drinks and also offered knowledge and experience helping to narrow down the correct mattress. Not only this but he gave us options not just going expensive but going across the range to cater for any persons finances.

The beds them selves He answered questions on when needed but left you alone to look and make your mind up. The stress free hassel free relaxed and friendly environment was a breath of fresh air. You could say a dream. From Carl and the rest of the sales team the non pushy atmosphere was amazing which I must admit strongly contributed towards the purchase we made. Since leaving the store we have already recommended Cain / Carl to people who are looking for beds / matresses.

The last thing to say is a big thank you to Carl and the rest of the sales team at Exeter. I have never had so much fun buying a bed and the entertainment value trying to get the sound on was amazing. Keep up the hard work all of you!!

We got great advice and service when we went to get a new mattress. After getting our results from the Sleep Match system, we had several choices, we were given plenty of time to try all and when we made our decision, the rest of the process was handled quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience.
