Sleep on it.
It was ok. You get the usual spiel from the sales guy and the bed machine that apparently finds the perfect mattress for you a bit gimmicky but overall it kills some time. The guy that seen us is called Kane nice enough guy loves his bed jargon.

I bought the mattress to help my back bad…
I bought the mattress to help my bad back but it is really making it worse. I have been back to shop and can't find anything to help my back did not know that I couldn't get my money back on the 100 day trial as I was given the leaflet after I'd paid. So now paid money and still nothing to help my back and now don't know what to do as in alot of pain.

Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry you are not finding the mattress comfortable. Whilst I understand your frustration regarding the terms of comfort exchange, it is clear from the terms and conditions that it is an exchange only policy. Whilst these are provided after purchase, you do have 48 hours in which you can cancel free of charge if you are unhappy with any aspects of the sales process.
I have sent you an email with a suggested resolution that I hope you will deem to be suitable.

Brilliant first experience of Dreams beds!
Pippa was brilliant in helping us find our new bed today, she had brilliant customer service and great knowledge of the beds on offer. We were welcomed, listened to and taken care of really well which helped us to make our decisions. Highly would recommend!!
