From the start, the service we received from Jacky at the Exeter store was first class. Her personable manner and knowledge made it easy to choose the right base and mattress. She spent time letting us try out mattresses and answering questions in a lovely helpful way. When it came to the paperwork again her manner was faultless explaining guarantees, choice of mattress protector, payment and delivery options . We couldn't fault the service.

After buying a mattress online and not liking it we didn’t want to risk it so we visited Dreams.
From the moment we arrived we were very well looked after, Joe couldn’t have done more for us and explained about mattresses and what’s suits us, we used the pressure testing mattress to find what suits us best and Joe gave us a tour of a few options. We told him our budget and he worked to it, we came away with the most amazing mattress and have never had a better sleep. Joe was professional and courteous and worked with us the whole way through always engaging and talking to us and honestly, we went back and bought it because of Joe - a real credit to the Dreams Team in Exeter. Definitely deserves a payrise.
