Received a phone call the day before delivery informing me what time the matress would be delivered arrived exactly at that time! Helpful delivery team upbeat and happy in the role! Truly the “Dream team!”

The staff were friendly but...
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the delivery was fine but there was a small issue with the mattress.
Once I got the plastic sheeting off the mattress, I noticed two dark lines at the bottom/top edge which I could not fully remove and seemed to be ingrained into the fabric. This is not a huge deal but I feel I have been sold B-stock.
I filled in a response to Dreams to let them know that I do not want to swap the mattress as it was a lot of effort to bring it up the stairs and lay it out, but not really happy with the B-stock standard.
I expected, at least, an acknowledgement and an apology but no response at all.

Very helpful salesman efficient friendly and helped us to make the decision to purchase a mattress & divan very easy indeed. A pleasant experience all round and delivery on the day was seamless and we are delighted with our new bed! Thank you Dreams Fulham! Extremely satisfied.

Excellent service that I now properly appreciate
This is my second mattress purchase from Dreams that we are totally happy with. I made the mistake of going to John Lewis in between this purchase and our last, and the experience was horrendous. I now really appreciate the good service and product standards Dreams give.
I really regret not just coming straight back to Dreams in the first place. Thank you for restoring my faith in High Street retail.
