Mouldy bedside cabinets
I purchased 2 bedside cabinets since they were delivered we had a strange smell in our bedroom we searched everywhere in the bedroom but couldn't find anything until we pulled out the draws of the cabinet and found the whole inside structure of cabinets covered in mould on requesting if they could exchange the cabinets we were told it's not there problem but an environmental problem absaloute joke of a company it is obvious the mould was in
both cabinets before they delivered. Because they were ready assembled we had no reason to pull out the draws
And as I have stated before we have had a damp smell in the bedroom since they were delivered there is no damp in the house whatsoever so obviously the damp was in the cabinets before they arrived probably due to where the cabinets have been stored by dreams obviously dreams won't do anything because they are a shoddy money grabbing company
I will be depositing said cabinets at your showroom.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the issues you are experiencing, but I am afraid I can only reiterate what my colleagues have previously.
You have had the cabinets for over a year. If there was an issue with mould inherent in the product when it was delivered, we would have expected this to become apparent very soon after delivery, and certainly well before 12 plus months.
I appreciate that this is not the response you were hoping for, but I trust this clarifies Dreams position on the matter.

Best bed ever
The bed is comfortable and I’ve had the best sleep ever. The mattress double doesn’t actually fully fit but width wise it’s fine.
Delivery team was amazing too, kept me informed

I am so pleased with the Padstow…
I am so pleased with the Padstow mattress. My sleeping pattern has much improved and my lower back pain that I suffered with the old mattress has also much improved.

Excellent experience - love my new mattress
Ordering over the phone was easy and agreeable with a very helpful, friendly and knowledgable person. The mattress arrived on the correct day and time with plenty of warning texts from the delivery team who were swift, professional and super-helpful.

If you are looking for a mattress, this is the place to go! You can test different ones and make up your mind. DREAMS has also a very competent staff that will help you along the way. A good price range and very interesting offers.

Dreams Fulham Store
Jerome in the Fulham store was really friendly, welcoming and knowledgable about the mattresses. He was not pushy and allowed me to decide what I wanted in my own time, I would recommend going into a Dreams store to try them as it was a very enjoyable experience and I couldn't recommend Jerome more highly.

I had excellent advice from the sales people and if I was unhappy I can change my mattress. I am happy with my base and my mattress. Comfortable and also base excellent quality with big useful drawers under.
