Staff was helpful

After trying several other mattress’s unsuccessfully, I visited Dreams as someone suggested they had a way of assessing suitability of mattress’s. I did the sleep test and was recommended 3 mattresses. All felt perfect in store, however I was still apprehensive as so had the ones I tried previously. I was assured by the guarantee that if they didn’t suit, I could return them without any problems so I went for the Tempur mattress. I’d read good reviews but didn’t know whether it would work for me. The delivery time was longer than ideal but it was absolutely worth the wait. I usually toss and turn in bed and I did wonder whether tossing and turning would be a problem as you kind of sink in to this. What an amazing experience, I honestly love it. I didn’t need to move anywhere near as much as every part of my body felt supported and comfortable. No more back pain, knee and hip pain. Until finding this I always had to place a pillow between my knees when sleeping on the side but this eliminated that. These are more pricy but the best night’s sleep ever. I have to add I found the staff amazing too and very knowledgeable and reassuring.

Excellent product although has an odd smell?? Bit like burnt plastic, however other than this I was completely satisfied with delivery and the fact I was contacted throughout the process. Delivery staff excellent, prompt and polite

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams at Team Valley, Gateshead. Stuart, the manager, was superb throughout. His customer service was faultless – he took the time to listen to what I needed and went out of his way to make sure I chose the right bed and mattress. Thanks to his help, I left feeling confident, happy, and very well looked after.

We were most satisfied with the level of service we received at Dreams. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, giving us advice on choosing the right beds to suit our needs. Everything went according to plan with the delivery. We were relieved we had arranged with them for our old bed to be taken away and the new ones assembled, tasks very efficiently carried out by the two delivery men. Many thanks!

I Love Dreams beds They are the only Beds I go for now And the service of the Customer Service Team is great especially Janette in the Team valley Gateshead store she went above and beyond to help me get the mattress that was right for me Very helpful

Every part of the purchase and delivery was excellent apart from a lack of information regarding delivery time on the day. Would be better if a timescale could be advised on delivery day I.e. AM or PM.

The lady who looked after me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Check to see what kind of matress was best for me.

The store colleagues were all lovely, happy to help and provided good well informed advice. Amanda made me feel welcome and looked after while I decided on my mattress. We have had it 2 weeks now and it's a very comfortable purchase.
