From the moment we purchased our new mattress to delivery was very professional with the time of delivery being to within a few minutes they stated.
The product itself is really good and has given us a great night's sleep with the added protection that if things aren't right they will change things up to 100 days from delivery.

No hard sell by the lady in the shop I knew what I wanted and she took me straight to it didn't try to tell me I needed a better or different one ( unlike another shop we went to ) delivered on time great deliverey guys comfy mattress thanx Grimsby store

The guys in the shop where great , very knowledgeable couldn’t ask for anything more, the delivery was on time again the guys who delivered the new bed where very helpful , and most of all the bed is perfect

No part of the process of finding appropriate mattresses, selecting my mattress, arranging 0% finance and delivery has been anything else other than a pleasure. EVERY member of staff I encountered was polite, had great knowledge of the products and never did a 'sales pitch' on me. The delivery team reminded us of the 100 nights policy and were exceptionally good at their job. (My house is a bit narrow and tight - not the best for bringing a superking mattress into but they made light work of it). As and when I need anything else bed related - I will definately go back to Dreams. Highly Highly Highly recommended!

Tried to buy a matress and agreed a price. Went to pay but their system was down. So went back after a few days to buy it but the price quoted they wouldn't match. They wanted another £20. I know it was only £20 but it was the principal. So I left and went to Benson for beds instead. I spent more and bought a bed frame also.
This was at the Grimsby branch.
The lady sales woman "bubbles" was very nice and I was happy with her service. When I returned I spoke to her manager of he wanted an additional £20. Sale lost!

Jack was great he is a credit to your company,, he has great knowledge and goes above and beyond to help the customers

Shop wasn’t busy but from moment walked in the shop the assistant asked if needed help/ time whilst we were browsing, when help was requested he went to help. Asked what we were looking for/ needed, medical needs to help recommend mattresses that may be more suitable etc great service

I came in store looking for a mattress and Malc had me try out the Sleepmatch machine which was interesting and helped me to choose the right mattress.
He was very helpful and walked me through all the details for my order.

Fab shop! So much option and great to use a sleep analysis machine which suggests the best mattress for you. We found a great deal

I found the salesperson helpful, the features of the bed was fully explained to me. The two delivery men were polite and ensured they wore coverings over their shoes.

Great experience from going in the door at Dreams to being delivered and our Tempur mattress is superb.

Very friendly staff who welcomed us, asked us relevant questions, placed us on the sleep match bed, pointed us in the right direction then left us alone to try as many of the recommended beds as we wanted. We were there nearly 2 hours but were spending a lot of money so we needed to make sure we made the right decision. We never felt pressurised at any point
