Myself and adult special needs son…
Myself and adult special needs son shopped at the guildford branch . We were greeted by Pauline a staff member who guided us both through the proccese of bying a electric bed for Ashley my son and all the trimmings mattress e t c . Both Pauline and the store manager went beyond being helpful to Ashley and he left a very excited young man as he had just made
his first major purchase .
Iwould reccomend this store and company if you need bedroom products .

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Various options were shown to me and Scott was knowledgeable, friendly and professional at all times.

The delivery was early which was nice it was quickly put up and delivered the team could have been a bit more chatty however overall I was happy with it all good job thanks guys.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Following them causing damage to my property and a damage claim opened they have not responded or even acknowledged us in over a week. I am currently unable to securely lock my home yet Dreams customer service does not seem to care. Will not be recommending after this awful service. Even went in to the Guildford store, where I was promised if I purchased in store they would be able to help me with any problems. They can do nothing and provided only the same customer support contacts.

Very pleased with Dreams beds and I would rate them 10 out of 10.
However they need to sort out why they could not add a mattress which was out of stock at the time it was ordered, all on the same order number. The mattress came in before our order was delivered but for some reason they could not complete our order by adding the mattress on to the existing order?

Bought a new double bed from Guildford store. So impressed by the service that I got from Gabby there. Professional, knowledgeable and great communication. Good range on show and impressive mattress choice software.
Subsequent delivery impressive too.

Excellent experience buying a new bed from Dreams
The instore sale with was well organised with covid precautions taken. Gaby was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the right bed/mattress.
Delivery was efficient. Great communications and the delivery guys were respectful of safety and property by wearing masks and shoe coverings.
