Salesman/guide was very patient and helpful. He knew his stuff!
We ended feeling confident that we had found the right bed.
Fitters were very polite, took their time fiting the bed.They cleared and took away all the packaging. It took no time at all to sort the bed out. The men also clearly explain about the bed.

Very good experience from shop to delivery. Time was given to us in the shop to hopefully pick the correct mattress and bed.
Kept informed throughout the delivery process and delivery and change over of beds were made on time.
We are still getting used to our mattress hopefully all will be well.

Excellent mattress very happy after sleeping on the new mattress wake up in the morning so easy. It feels like i had 12 hour sleep even i dont sleep more than 7 hours. Very happy with service and delivery.

Dreams staff members are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our bed purchase a good one. We were looked after and everything explained in detail to ensure all our needs were met.

I bought a mattress from dreams in july 2022 in addition to this i purchased the 8 year warranty which cost me around £60, recently my mattress had dipped quite badly which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on, i contacted dreams about this issue and they asked me to fill in the claims form showing the issue, once completed they sent out an engineer to see the problem, when the engineer arrived he had seen the mattress had dipped and deemed it faulty, where he took loads of pics took some measurements and filled a report in he then sent this back to dreams who make the final decision as the engineer is from the insurance company as a third party and does not work for dreams, a few days later i got a reply from dreams who accepted there was a fault with my mattress and offered me an exchange for a different mattress for the sane price or pay the difference for a more expensive one as the one i had was discontinued, i went into store to test some new mattresses made my decision and contacted customer support providing then with the new mattress details, the process was very good and easy, the staff were very helpful both on the phone and in store, as before jand reading many reviews about the 8 year additional warranty there was alot of negative feedback about dreams not holding their end of the deal and not replacing faulty mattresses. If the fault is genuine and meets a certain criteria like my mattress was really bad as it had dipped and when laying onit you could feel the springs, the engineer will take measurements and do some tests along with pictures of the damage, if its a minor thing then the warranty wont cover it, it must be a major problem this is one thing i learnt when the engineer came out as they do a few tests to check the mattress out and if it is fit for purpose
