Lovely bed, delivered on time, delivery men explained how it worked. Took old mattress away

The whole experience of buying a new mattress was excellent. From the minute I entered the shop I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant who guided me through the range of mattresses until I decided which one I wanted. I wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't need or want. Although I've only had the mattress a short while I can honestly say I've had a good and restful sleep.

Very helpful assistance in store.
Delivery on time.

We went to the Dreams store in Halifax, were helped by a knowlegable assistant. Found a suitable mattress. Chose to buy it. Arranged delivery date. It came when arranged pretty much on time.
End of story!!

The staff in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of our new bed. The delivery guys were on time and very respectful of our property.

Comfortable as they come beds.

I request to order a king size mattress and when it arrived and the drivers had gone i found i got a super king that cost me more money as i had to go out then buy bedding to fit it as i was not expecting that size. Already notified dream and not heard anything for a few weeks now.

Purchased a new mattress from Fiona,very knowledgable and friendly. Shop was clean,warm and welcoming went on sleep match amazing. Offered a cup of tea or coffee which was a nice gesture. Delivery was prompt and when promised,
the team had uniform dreams logo on, and van was sign written. Professional from start to finish.

Very good and efficient took 30 minutes max and asked me if I’m happy with how it looks

We were served by Fiona, at the Halifax branch and she was so lovely. Fiona has the balance of customer service and giving you space to decide just right!! She guided us through the sleep match, which was very informative. What we loved the most was how she gave our young children “a job”, to carry a pillow each to the different beds we tried, this was a super idea and kept the kids occupied, which was very appreciated and made the experience a chilled one (when we were expecting it to be stressful). We came away with three mattresses and a pillow, at a great price, which is a testament to your employee considering we only went in for one mattress. Haha.

The delivery service provided was shocking - what’s the point of having a delivery time slot 7.45 to 9.45 and them trying to deliver at 7.15 and leaving at 7.40am. Now trying to rearrange a delivery having arranged for someone to be at the property at the times specified. When phoning the delivery driver to find out where he was, was far from apologetic but rude as though it was my fault… Shocking. Good job it was free delivery or I’d been requesting a refund…. The store manager was helpful trying to sort redelivery but out of his hands with the delivery depot.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly but also had a soft calming nature. He explained everything in detail and we had a drink. 5 star expert

Mattress turned up on time after clear messages about when it would turn up.
Two lads kindly took it up two flights of stairs and took the packaging away.
It's an excellent king size mattress and provides a very comfy sleep.

Best night sleep ever

Several factors made the experience special. The first was the customer service we received, it wasn't pushy or aggressive, it was helpful and very useful in influencing our purchase decision.

My wife and I were encouraged to use the 'Sleepmatch' machine, which, I must admit had us concerned was a bit of a gimmick, but in fact it told us a LOT of useful information and really helped us to pick out a good mattress.
