Update on review below;
Following my review, Dreams Customer First Specialist has been in touch to say that on further investigation of our complaint a decision was made that the mattress was indeed unacceptable. Therefore, we are pleased to say that we shall soon be in receipt of a replacement mattress. We are extremely pleased with this outcome. Thank you very much Dreams, for this fast resolution.
The Tempur matress is awful, big lump running along the middle of the mattress, but apparently that’s acceptable. The sides of the mattress are bulging out, that’s also acceptable. Would not use Dreams again.

Delivery was on time and everything went smoothly. The driver was very helpful, explained about turning the mattress and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Thank you so much Dreams. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I need to change the mattress,because…
Changed my mattress because my first choice was to firm. Dreams and the staff at Ipswich were very helpful ,i have now pick a mattress more suitable . Needless to say i am very happy.

Get your mattress from Dreams!
We were served by Dom in the Ipswich store- extremely helpful and friendly and helped us get a good deal! We were even offered a drink, also baring in mind we were the last customers of the day and didnt get into the store until around 6pm.

Everything was excellent from the start to the finish
Everything was excellent from the initial choice making, to ordering, to being kept informed and then the delivery and removal and recycling of the old mattress. Couldn't have been more efficient.

Sweet Dreams
Firstly my experience at Dreams was a real pleasure, The staff are very well chosen and they made me feel as though I was among friends, I had a lady called Carol look after my needs, she obviously knows her job inside out and helped me choose my new mattress to perfection, I have slept like a top from day one, thank you Dreams.
