I purchased a bed base & mattress, which is due to be delivered on 25th June, so this review is regarding the purchase only.

GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL ROUND. ASSISTANT WAD PATIENT AND FRIENDLY, ALLOWING ME TO TRY OUT SEVERAL BEDS. THE ORDERING WAS FINE. SHE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME. BED ARRIVED EARLY ON THE DATE I WAS GIVEN. DELIVERY MEN WERE FINE.
I LIKE THE LOOK OF MY BED, I LIKE THE COLOUR OF THE AN DIBASE, AND IT'S NICE AND FIRM. SO, ALL IN ALL, I'M VERY PLEASED, THANK YOU

At the Kettering branch of Dreams, Vivek went above and beyond. We used the sleepmatch bed to find our perfect mattress. We tried lots of different types of mattress before finding the one we loved. Vivek even managed to distract our ‘excitable’ boys and give them a fun task to do while we tried out the beds. We were even treated to cups of tea and coffee! Fantastic customer service!

Excellent customer service both in the store and at the point of delivery. Product is ideal.

Never will I use Dreams again. Took double payments for the bed we ordered that’s an extra £1000 complained the said it will be back in your bank account in 7 days…. 14 days later still not there. Sent us 2 pillows and a duvet as compensation, not good enough

Dreams has a full team on staff each time I’ve visited. They know the products very well and make the customers feel valued and comfortable. I got exactly what I went in for and even a bit more with the new side sleeper pillow. It’s great!

We visited our local store to look for a new mattress the lady that greeted us couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable, we chose the mattress that suited us and delivery was arranged we were contacted the night before and again in the morning of delivery to advise delivery time the delivery team were very helpful, friendly and polite I cannot fault the service and the mattress is great

Everything that was promised was delivered efficiently. We now have a very comfortable mattress of excellent quality.

We visited today, a lady called Wendy helped us! We have to wait a month or so to purchase but when we go back to buy I hope we get served by Wendy. Couldn’t help us enough and there was no pressure

Had a very pleasant experience choosing a mattress, Wendy was lovely, we got assessed on the bed that sorts the type of mattress for you and we tried loads, Wendy was very helpful and patient.
