Salesperson was very helpful but not pushy. Offered us similar alternative products. Offered us the different range of services for delivery etc. very happy with both the service we received and the bed and mattress we purchased.

Product availability and prompt delivery.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Dreams in Kettering. We were lucky enough to have the store manager look after us, with his wealth of knowledge, sales experience, patients and professionalism he helped us find the right mattress for us… The one he predicted would be best for us on our entry to his store, his name escapes me but I will never forget the way he made our experience enjoyable and stress free. It’s a solid 10-10 from my wife and I!

I'm in a wheelchair. The layout of the showroom made access easy and I was able to try the recommended beds. The staff were extremely helpful and made the whole process painless.

Excellent sales staff, delivery of divan & mattress within a week. Delivery drivers were polite, friendly & professional! Could not fault Dreams in Kettering - would thoroughly recommend 👍👍

Everything happened just as we planned sitting in the Kettering shop. now I’m enjoying my lovely new bed.

Our order was a showroom matress, base and headboard.
The matress is fine.
The bed base was delivered damaged, fitted damaged and the delivery crew then walked away.
During delivery one crew member rolled the two parts of the bed base end over end for 20 metres on tarmac and into our hallway. I did offer to help but was rebuffed. This amateur delivery method, I believe, smashed one of the four headboard fixings.
My wife inspected the bed in the showroom as satisfactory.
Within 5 minutes I complained to the Kettering showroom. It took 10 days to get their sales manager to get back to me. (Other customers, conference calls etc etc. I really did try to speak to him)
The poor office girl tried twice to help and said an offer of £100 was going to be made to me.
The 'sales manager' on day 10 offered me £75 compensation!!! He even had the audacity to suggest that my wife was expected to have pulled the bed from the showroom wall to inspect the head board fixings. She's only a sprightly 75 years old.
The delivery driver had bragged he could fit in all 15 + deliveries before1:00pm enabling both crew to finish early. (and the pay was good too) This was the final insult to this purchase debacle.
However the company did take the headboard back refunding the cost as it was useless to us. The man at head office who sorted out a poor result for us, was very helpful but mortified at how badly we had been treated.
Overall experiece.
Very distasteful. I'm not recommending this company to anyone.
