Excellent service from Kacey. Very patient and very informative with no pushy sales. She was very keen to make sure we had the right product for us.

We popped into Dreams to have a look at mattresses and to get a quote. We were served by a lovely lady called Kacey. She was very helpful and is very knowledgeable. She suggested we use the sleep machine to find a suitable mattress as we were not sure what we wanted. What a fab machine! We ended up buying the top suggestion from the machine as well as a bed base. We also bought two pillows which Kacey suggested, as we struggle to find pillows that suit us. The pillows are great so far. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Dreams King's Lynn. Thank you Kacey!

The staff made me feel really comfortable and found a bed for me that is honestly the most comfortable bed I've ever been on.

Friendly , calming, informative of the different mattresses . Loved the sleep match and trying out the soft sand medium pillows.

Great experience at Dreams Kings Lynn - Louie / Louis (?) was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy and hard sell. Josh the Store Manager was equally as helpful and we ended up buying a bed as well as a mattress as it was only because Josh had the forethought to tell us the bed was available in a different colour to what was advertised on the shop floor.

All of this was just before 6pm when the store was due to close and we were there until 6:15pm, other shops are usually more concerned with closing on time and getting customers out.

Got a follow up call the next morning to confirm everything had been ordered and the delivery date.

As soon as I walked in the door of the DREAMS store, I instantly felt welcome and at ease. From then on I was taken by the attention to detail given to my requirements. No hard sales pitch meant that I went away, viewed other companies and didn’t experience the same “good feeling”. Therefore, I was more than happy to go back to DREAMS and order my mattress. The communication and the delivery continued the professionalism that I had experienced in store. No qualms at recommending DREAMS

Excellent customer service in the shop and the delivery team couldnt have done more to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

We bought tempur mattress,we went for a soft one but it is still quite hard to sleep on but it is getting better or am I getting used to it wife love it but I am still not sure will give time to get used to it.
We also bought two pillows with it they are strange you need to puff them up or they go flat they also take a bit to get use to but we are getting to like them.

Received good service in the Kings Lynn store, extremely helpful staff. Buying a bed is very expensive and it needs to be right. We've had our new bed from Dreams for 10 days now and we are very happy and sleeping really well. Appreciate being able to change the mattress if not happy but we are definitely completely happy with our purchase.
