Best customer service we've ever received! Excellent experience from start to finish, with no pressure to buy, but Harrison, the Sales Advisor, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products. Been very happy with the mattress we bought and accompanying products. Would highly recommend.

I purchased Two mattress with them four years ago, I was happy. I move in a brand new house and bought two mattress again. However, because of the inefficient communication between store staffs, my original delivery has been cancelled and I knew it by calling them. The store after sale service is really very poor. Unexpected extension of delivery made my experience very bad.

Great selection of mattresses at a great price. Walked away with a really good deal for good quality. Excellent customer service also, would never shop online for a mattress (from anywhere) as you can't get the same level of insight and test everything out.

A great experience with staff that are passionate about their product, displaying great knowledge and enabled us to get exactly the mattress we wanted.

My wife and I arrived at Dreams in Knaresborough hoping to buy a new mattress. We were greeted by Sarah who was very friendly, offered us a drink and immediately started looking into our needs (i.e. what type of mattress are we after, size, comfort level, etc.).

Sarah then proceeded us onto the "Sleepmatch" machine which was quite an experience, in as much that my wife wanted to buy the machine!

Once the mattress match was completed, Sarah walked us to several mattresses which would be a potential fit based on our preferences. We tried the first mattress and Voila! To my surprise, the 1st mattress we laid on was exactly what we were looking for! Sarah did an excellent job explaining the benefits of the mattress, durability, etc. (she also gave us pillows to make the experience more real).

We spent a good 30 minutes trying other mattresses but eventually remained with the 1st mattress we tried. We have also bought one of the pillows as mine back home needed replacing.

Overall experience 5 Stars, great engagement from Sarah on all aspects and our first choice is Dreams going forward - We were pretty much sold the minute we stepped in :)

Great experience got exactly what I was looking for and more for my money than I thought I would have.

Darren, our sales rep was great at directing us through the process. The mattress we bought arrives correct and on time.
The mattress, topper, and pillows we purchased are lovely.
We returned after delivery as I had mislaid the receipt, and they were able to supply me with another on the spot.

From the moment I ordered my new mattress, Dreams confirmed my order and kept me informed of delivery and date. They sent me a text the day before giving me a 2 hour time slot for delivery, and when they arrived they were on time and offered to help carry the mattress up but we were still finishing work in our room so declined that offer.
