Excellent value choice and customer service
Excellent customer service via the telephone and in store at Leeds Crown shopping centre. I found an excellent mattress on the Dream's website, visited instore and was greeted with courtesy, listened to and given excellent information regarding my choice and other options.
I purchased a mattress rrp £699.00 for a fraction of the price because of a 60% promotion. I took the 8 year protection at £45 and received a £45 voucher off a £55 deluxe natural fibre mattress cover. I am extremely happy with my whole experience of Dreams but especially the customer service from Zain.

Excellent experience
From the moment we walked in, the staff were very friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. We were offered drinks whilst going through all the paper work made the process of choosing what we wanted a very good experience. We have been to Dreams on 3 occasions now and have always received the same service, we have been to other bed stores and walked out after been insulated by staff
