2 months no delivery of part of the order - up to this day
I ordered an expensive mattress with two pillows and a mattress protector. The mattress arrived on time but the rest? Oh my days! Two months down the line and I still have not received them by post, as they promised. Such a waste of time. Resolve your customer service issues both at the shop in Leeds and the overall, they are shocking!

I have spoken to the Leeds store and they have advised they have the pillows there waiting to be collected. Please let me know when you are able to go and get these and I will make sure the store have them ready.

delivery almost to the minute with people who knew the product well and were very efficient.
But with ten days use we feel the mattress is wrong for us and I will call into the showroom and see if we can excchange it.

Make sure you give a delivery time that suits you as a customer at the time of purchase. Delivery was very efficient BUT too early in the morning.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were unhappy with your timeslot. We do advertise that delivery can be at any time between 7am-6pm, and provide a two hour time window the day before delivery.
If an early morning, or afternoon delivery is inconvenient, we do offer the option of selecting a guaranteed AM/ PM timeslot for a small extra fee.

Dissatisfaction with sofa bed
Hi , my sofa chair does not click back into a sofa after using as a bed, till i move it forward and backward several times before it clicks in place for use as a sofa again. Very disappointing and worrying as the must be a problem with the mechanism.
Secondly, the left hand leg to turn sofa into a bed is not straight so i have problems with it.
