Choosing our new bed
Our visit to Dreams and making a choice of mattress & base was assisted very helpfully by the salesperson, Tallulah. She patiently provided information, guidance, coffee and support when asked. Happy with the choice we made.
The bed ordering process, delivery and assembly all went smoothly and as ordered, with no problems. And very satisfied with the choice of bed!

The process from purchasing my bed to the delivery was faultless , wish I’d paid for assembly now but I I managed to build my dream bed and I’m really happy with it and that includes the mattress only downside is that the mattress is so deep that I had to buy new fitted sheets

Richard took the time to explain how the sleep test works and then explained my matress choices before giving me time to test them out. Richard made sure that the pillow I had was comfortable enough to use to try the mattresses. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is all the added costs such as taking away my old matress,( I needed this but £55 is alot) taking the matress to a specific room,( didn't have this but struggled getting it to the bedroom) delivery charge if delivery is on a Saturday, £15. When you have just spent hundreds on a new matress the added costs soon mount up.

Efficient and good value
The assistant was very welcoming, attentive, helpful and quick in processing my order. There was plenty of choice in the store but the sleep machine recommended somthing that I had already thought would be suitable for me.

Oxtons Guild SK Mattress Very Firm bought from Loughborough
Great customer service at Loughbotough.
Tried and tested the Oxtons Guild SK Mattress Very Firm a few times and decided to buy this for our King size bed that needed replacing for some time.
As it was on offer decided to buy a double too for one of our spare rooms .
Then also ordered for my eldest son and daughter in law too .
We are all so pleased with the delivery people and the mattresses .

Very friendly staff in store who put us at ease throughout choosing our mattress, we didn’t feel pressured at all during our time in store and were encouraged to take as much time as we needed. First class delivery service with efficient delivery staff.

Loughborough Branch
Went to the Loughborough Branch and was greeted by Jason. He was very friendly and was keen to help. He had great knowledge of all products, he also had some great recommendations. Would definitely recommend visiting in store for a lovely experience!
