Brilliant service
Brilliant service, we bought a T.V bed, didn't need the mattress but it didn't matter the service was still great. Delivery was on time and our bed was but together in no time.

Dreams outstanding service
The sales man was very helpful choosing the correct bed for us. He explained everything about the mattress, bedframe and when the bed was delivered.
The delivery men were took the mattress and bedframe up our stairs with no problems. They were brilliant.

Warranty Sham
Do not be taken in by any mention of warranty. A mattress that we purchased had 10 yrs warranty, only had it 6 yrs. The mattress as lost it's firmness and they will not honour the warranty. 3 visits from a technician 2 of those visits said the mattress was faulty. Absolute disgrace, and they suggest we can get another examination at our own costs. The mattress was over £1000

We had a great experience purchasing our new bed and now had a over a week.
Sleep has been superb and very comfortable.
Bed was delivered as promised and old one taken away.
