Generally happy about the service. A few freebies were promised but were never delivered as agreed. We had to call and follow up, at which point the Sales Executive assured us they would be delivered within seven days. However, after waiting for nearly three weeks from the date of the promise, we ultimately had to collect them ourselves.

Helpful, easy, all went according to the plan. Everyone we worked with from the sales ppl at the New Malden store to the online customer service to the delivery and installation ppl were kind, helpful and good at their jobs. The bed seems to working out really well too.

Helpful staff in store. Delivery within specified time frame with very helpful delivery men. Mattress is a dream!

The experience of choosing a mattress, finance and delivery all went very smoothly. The mattress however (Evesham) is quite a bit firmer than what was in the showroom. We’ve slept on it for 3 weeks so far and I do feel as if it has a bit more give in it, since delivery, but the showroom mattress had quite a bit more. We will probably need to start the choosing process again with something new soon but the Dreams staff are really very helpful and the process they have for this seems very well thought out. In fairness to the Evesham mattress it is very well made and the firmness seems to have sorted out some pain I had in my lower back, but at the same time it has caused pain in the ribs of my partner who sleeps semi side semi front sleeping position. With the cost of living at the moment we had tried to keep costs down but I think that although we got a great deal in the January sales, we may end up spending more.

Disappointed. Bed much softer than experienced in the shop . Meant to change it under option to try but passed the date . Sorry I did not try first.

Good customer service & got a coffee. Good friendly delivery driver and got to track my delivery so I could plan my day and not wait around all day. Great bed, came wrapped with no marks. Thanks.

The two delivery men from Dreams arrived on time and assembled my new bed quickly and efficiently. The bed is really comfortable and I am very pleased that I bought it

We liked the product but the experience with the staff has been horrible.
The delivery and assembly service was pathetic and thanks to the sales team who sold two beds to us but billed us for one assembly only.
The installation guys refused to assembly the other bed and we had a terrible experience because of that.

From sales to delivery, everything went smoothly. We are enjoying our new mattress and we are sure our guests will be enjoying theirs.
